The Billing section of the Account Center is a convenient way to view and manage all of your billing details. You can view all details related to billing history, as well as find out what to expect on future invoices. You can set up or change your payment method, and run reports on text messages and international phone calls. Information related to billing rates and fees can also be found in this portion of the Account Center.
Owners, system administrators, and business contacts can access this information in the Account Center. Locate Billing in the Account menu and expand the heading. Here you will see several different subheadings related to the billing of your account. Select Rates & Fees from that list.
The Rates & Fees section allows you to view all fees for your organization and provides an explanation for each type of fee. You will find details related to:
As of June 2023 Intulse has decided to pause passing these fees through to our clients and instead we are paying them on their behalf. This may change in the future but for the indefinite future our clients will not be paying these fees.
As of June 2022, Intulse passes on the per-message surcharge mobile carriers charge us for 10DLC. To better understand why we pass on these surcharges see Text Messaging Fees. There is a $2.00 surcharge for each phone number with E911 enabled. To better understand why we pass on these surcharges, see the E911 Fees Article.
Outbound calls to phone numbers outside the USA or Canada will incur a per-minute surcharge based on the destination number. For more information on these surcharges, see the International Calling Fees Article.
You can enter a country code to look up the current rate for calls to that country.
