LIVE BOARDS

Live boards allow you to view and display a variety of information related to your organization's phone calls.

Administrators have full access to the live boards for your organization using the Account Center. Locate Live Boards in the Phone System menu and expand the heading. Here you will see options to both Manage and Create live boards.

CREATE LIVE BOARDS

Once you use the Create Live Boards page to create a new board for your organization, it will be available for you to customize on the Manage Live Boards page.

There are only a few simple steps to create a new live board.

Enter a board key. This is the tag on the end of your board's web link.
Enter a board name. This is the title for your live board.
CAREFULLY read the Billing Terms. And type I AGREE in the related field.

Live Board Billing Terms:

When you agree to the terms, you will be immediately charged a NON-REFUNDABLE $25 one-time fee.
When you create a new board, you will be billed $35 MONTHLY.
- Deleting a board will stop future billing, but will NOT entitle you to a refund for any unused time in the current billing period.
