Live boards allow you to view and display a variety of information related to your organization's phone calls.
Administrators have full access to the live boards for your organization using the Account Center. Locate Live Boards in the Phone System menu and expand the heading. Here you will see options to both Manage and Create live boards.
Once you use the Create Live Boards page to create a new board for your organization, it will be available for you to customize on the Manage Live Boards page.
There are only a few simple steps to create a new live board.
