DASHBOARD


The Account Center Dashboard provides you with an overview of your account details. From this screen you are able to view your monthly ticket count, your most recent invoice, a button to create a new ticket, any currently open tickets, a visual representation of your inbound and outbound call count, and calls by state for the past 30 days.

  • The Monthly Tickets show the count of support tickets that have been opened for the current month. This graphic also shows your ticket count per month for the past several months.
  • You can see the amount of your Last Invoice as well as click on the link to see the itemized details.
  • The How can we serve you today button allows you to create a new support ticket. As always, you can still email our team at support@intulse.com to create a new ticket or call 717.839.5000, or toll free at 844.4INTULSE (844.446.8857).
  • You are able to select and view the details of each Open Ticket that currently exists on your account. Just click on each ticket to read and update it.
  • The pie chart displays your Call totals for 30 days. In addition to showing your total number of calls, it also distinguishes between the number of inbound and outbound calls.
  • You can also see your Calls by state for 30 days on the US map. Darker colored states indicate more calls were to/from those states. Lighter colored states indicate fewer calls were made to/from those states.
