DASHBOARD


The Dashboard area displays an overview of a few items. Monthly ticket count and your current number of open tickets, your latest invoice, a visual representation of your calls by state over the last 30 days, and a button to create a new support ticket.

MONTHLY TICKETS

This is a total count of your support tickets opened for the current month.

OPEN TICKETS

This section displays each support ticket you currently have opened with Intulse.

LAST INVOICE

This section shows your latest invoice total with Intulse and give you the ability to see your invoice in detail.

CALLS BY STATE

This is a visual representation of your calls by state over the last 30 days. Darker colored states indicate most calls were to/from that specific state. Lighter colored states indicates less calls were made to/from that state.

HOW CAN WE SERVE YOU TODAY

This section simply allows you to create a new support ticket with the Intulse support team. As always, you can always still email our team at support@intulse.com to create a new ticket.
