BILLING


The Billing section of the Account Center is a convenient way to view and manage all of your billing details. You can view all details related to billing history, as well as find out what to expect on future invoices. You can set up or change your payment method, and run reports on text messages and international phone calls. Information related to billing rates and fees can also be found in this portion of the Account Center.

Owners, system administrators, and business contacts can access this information in the Account Center. Locate Billing in the Account menu and expand the heading. Here you will see several different subheadings related to the billing of your account. Select Future from that list.

FUTURE BILLING

The Future Billing section shows each upcoming item in your bill, as well as some details about each item. Intulse bills in advance, meaning charges reflect the upcoming month of service. Call recording storage is billed based on storage for the previous month.

You will be able to see:

  • A Description of the item
  • The Amount being charged for that item
  • The Quantity of each item
  • A Subtotal for the item
  • Any Discounts currently applied to that item (if applicable)
  • The Total charge for that item
  • The Frequency of that charge, meaning whether it's a one time or monthly charge
  • The date when the charge (or discount) will End

Note: As shown on this account, if you have charges that will change, such as a discount that will end, that will be reflected in a separate field. This will serve as a reminder so those changes don't catch you off guard.
