Intulse can work with a wide variety of phones from many different vendors. There are simply too many phones that we can work with to list documentation and guides for all of them. Here are phones we officially support. If your phone model is not listed, you can look on the phone manufacturer's website for more information.
You are not required to use one of our officially supported phones with your Intulse service, but we highly recommend that you do. If you choose to use a phone that you did not purchase from Intulse, or that we do not support, you will be required to perform some configuration on your own. Please read Provisioning with Intulse carefully for more information.
