This step-by-step guide is designed to give you the information and tools you need to successfully complete the onboarding process. There are several steps in this process, but we are here to help along the way. Completing each step is essential to getting your phone system up and running efficiently. With your Intulse account, you’ll be using two main tools:

  1. Account Center – As a system administrator, the Account Center is your hub for setting up and managing your phone system. This includes extensions, call routing, billing, and much more.
  2. Intulse App – This is the everyday tool for everyone on your team. It’s where you’ll make and receive calls, check voicemails, send messages, and connect any integrations.

PREVENT ROADBLOCKS & DELAYS:

  1. Follow this guide and communicate clearly with the Intulse onboarding team.
    If you encounter any obstacles or are unsure about your next step, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  2. Ensure someone is available to accept your shipment of phone orders.
    Your phones should arrive in 10-12 business days.
  3. Make sure your network is ready.
    Review Network Readiness and verify that your network meets the minimum recommended requirements prior to your implementation date.
