As of December 1st, 2024, all SMS/MMS messaging will be blocked by mobile carriers if they are not fully compliant with 10DLC regulations. This is being enforced by the mobile carriers themselves and not Intulse. We want you to know that we share your frustration with these new regulations and have done everything we can to make this process as easy as possible. Business texting is increasingly popular, so mobile carriers have implemented 10DLC regulations to ensure compliance and reduce spam. If you want to use your Intulse numbers for texting, you will need to register your brand and create a texting campaign. This is the process of verifying your business numbers and the use cases for when you message customers so mobile carriers know you are not a spammer.
To create and manage your Brands and Campaigns for your Intulse phone numbers, log into the Account Center. Locate Phone Numbers in the Phone System menu and expand the heading. You will see several subheadings related to the phone numbers for your account. Select 10DLC from that list.
