MANAGE EXTENSIONS


Manage Extensions Screen

Using the Manage Extensions page, you are able to see all of the extensions on your system. From this screen, you can see:

  • Extension
  • Type
  • Name
  • Voicemail status
  • Voicemail Email
  • Outbound Caller ID
  • Emergency Caller ID

You can use the search bar at the top of this page to filter by any of the above attributes.

Edit Extension Screen

Once you click on an extension, you will be taken to a specific extension. Within an extension, you can change the name, enable voicemail, and change the Caller Id and Emergency Caller Id.

Additionally, Device Auth Info is also listed here. You usually will not need this information if you provision your Intulse Supported phone using the Account Center. However, if you connect another device to an extension, this information will be helpful.

Please note: You cannot change the Number/Id of an extension from this screen.

APPLYING SYSTEM CHANGES

Some changes related to your phone system's behavior, such as adding or editing extensions, are not live immediately. Rather, the changes are "queued" and waiting to be applied. When you've finished all the changes you want to make and are ready for the changes to be live, press the Apply Changes link on the left-hand menu. A confirmation popup will open asking if you're certain you wish to apply your changes.
