Intulse's Zoho integration merges your phone with your CMS (Contact Management System). Any screen in the Intulse App that would normally display a simple phone number automatically searches the caller ID within Zoho and returns any Contact, Account, or Lead records that match.

When someone calls you instead of displaying the Caller ID you'll see the name of the individual as it appears in Zoho and can click on the name to launch their account within Zoho. You can quickly add call records to a record and the note will automatically contain all the basic information about the call such as start time, duration, direction (inbound/outbound), and if the if the call was recorded, a link to the recording.

To experience the integration between Intulse and Zoho you will need to use the Intulse App.

This guide assumes that you already have the Intulse App on your favorite device and that you are already logged in. If you need help getting into the App click here to learn more.

  1. Click the More icon on the menu
  2. Click Zoho in the More menu
  3. Click the Authorize Intulse button
    • This will open new window where you can login to your Zoho account and authorize Intulse to access your data in Zoho
  4. Once you've completed the authorization process you should see in the Intulse app that the process was successful.
  5. If you're an Admin of your Intulse system you can choose if you wish to enable automatic call logging.
