GLOBAL RELAY INTEGRATION


Intulse's integration with Global Relay allows your organization to have any text messages sent or received through Intulse to be added to your Global Relay account.

To experience the integration between Intulse and Global Relay, you will need to use the Intulse App.

CONNECTING GLOBAL RELAY TO THE INTULSE APP

This guide assumes that you have already installed and logged into the Intulse App on your favorite device. If you need help installing and navigating the App, click here for a complete walkthrough.

System Administrators

Only system administrators in the Intulse app can update the settings for your Global Relay integration.

  1. You will need to have an SMTP email archiving address setup in Global Relay.
    • If you don't know your Global Relay email address, please contact Global Relay to get it.
  2. Open the Intulse App.
  3. Select the More tab in the menu.
  4. Select Global Relay from the More menu.
  5. Enter your Global Relay Archiving Email Address.
  6. Click the Save button to save your changes.
