CHURCHSTAQ INTEGRATION


The Intulse integration with ChurchStaq connects your phone system to your ChurchStaq account, giving you instant access to client details and streamlining your communication.

ChurchStaq Integration Key Features

When you receive an incoming call, your Intulse phone system will automatically display the caller’s name from your ChurchStaq records instead of just the caller ID. You can click the caller’s name to open their record in ChurchStaq, giving you instant access to their information.

Each call can be logged to ChurchStaq, and the log will automatically include key details such as user and extension, date and time, call duration, call direction (inbound or outbound), and external phone number. If the call was recorded, a copy of the recording will be attached to the log. You can also add your own notes to provide additional context.

You can initiate calls to ChurchStaq contacts directly from the Intulse App by searching for their name on the Phone screen. And with the Intulse Companion App installed in your browser, you can start calls and text message conversations directly inside ChurchStaq by simply clicking on a phone number.

To experience the integration between Intulse and ChurchStaq, you will need to use the Intulse App.

CONNECTING CHURCHSTAQ TO INTULSE

This guide assumes that you have already installed and logged into the Intulse App on your favorite device. If you need help installing and navigating the App, click here for a complete walkthrough.

System Administrators

Only system administrators within the Intulse app can complete these steps to get your ChurchStaq and Intulse systems connected. They will also be able to update this information in the future.

It is common to create a special user in ChurchStaq just for the purpose of this integration.

  1. Open the Intulse App and select the More menu tab.
  2. Click Integrations and select ChurchStaq from the list.
  3. Enter your ChurchStaq Subdomain.
    • This is a portion of the URL that you use to access ChurchStaq. For example, https://multisite.ccbchurch.com.
  4. Optionally, you can Enable automatic call logging. This will cause every incoming and outgoing call that can be matched against a contact to be logged right after the call ends.
  5. Use the drop-down list to select users who should be excluded from automatic call logging.
  6. Click the Save button to save your changes.
  7. After saving, you must click the button to Authorize Intulse to access your ChurchStaq information.
    • This will open a new window in your browser where you must login to your instance of ChurchStaq and follow the on-screen instructions.

In order to fully benefit from this integration, both ChurchStaq and the Intulse App should be open and running in the background of your device.
