Zapier lets you connect Intulse to over 2,000 other web services. Automated connections called Zaps, set up in minutes with no coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn't be possible.
Each Zap has one app as the Trigger, where your information comes from and which causes one or more Actions in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically.

Triggers
Call Started
Triggers when an call with a recognized user starts. This trigger will only fire while at least one user has the Intulse App open.
Call Ended
Triggers when an call with a recognized user ends. This trigger will only fire while at least one user has the Intulse App open.
Text Message Received
Triggers when a new text message (SMS/MMS) message is received.
Extension Status Updated
Triggers when an extension’s device state changes. This trigger will only fire while at least one user has the Intulse App open.
Queue Event Created
Triggers when a new queue event is created.
Voicemail Received
Triggers when a voicemail message is received.
Actions
Send Text Message
Sends an text (SMS/MMS) message.
Originate Call
Originates a new call from an extension to a target number.
Update Extension DND
Updates the current Do-Not-Disturb setting for an extension.
Update Extension Call Forward Always
Updates the current Call Forward Always setting for an extension.
Now click on "Connect a new account..." and search for "Intulse".
Use your credentials to connect your Intulse account to Zapier.
You will need to request an API key from your system administrator.
Once that's done you can start creating an automation! Use a pre-made Zap or create your own with the Zap Editor. Creating a Zap requires no coding knowledge and you'll be walked step-by-step through the setup.
