HOW TO CREATE AN INTULSE ZAP
Intulse’s app on Zapier is currently “invite-only”, so you won’t see it just by going to the Zapier site. We’re conducting an open testing period so after you have created your Zapier account come back here and Click Here to Get Started.

Connecting your Account
To use the Intulse app in Zapier you will need to connect to your Intulse account. To do this you will need to generate an API key inside the Intulse App to use in Zapier. You can only use your organizations master API Key or an API Key created by an Admin user with Zapier
Triggers
- Call Started
Triggers when an call with a recognized user starts. This trigger will only fire while at least one user has the Intulse App open.
- Call Ended
Triggers when an call with a recognized user ends. This trigger will only fire while at least one user has the Intulse App open.
- Text Message Received
Triggers when a new text message (SMS/MMS) message is received.
- Extension Status Updated
Triggers when an extension’s device state changes. This trigger will only fire while at least one user has the Intulse App open.
- Queue Event Created
Triggers when a new queue event is created.
- Voicemail Received
Triggers when a voicemail message is received.
Actions
- Send Text Message
Sends an text (SMS/MMS) message.
- Originate Call
Originates a new call from an extension to a target number.
- Update Extension DND
Updates the current Do-Not-Disturb setting for an extension.
- Update Extension Call Forward Always
Updates the current Call Forward Always setting for an extension.
