The Intulse integration with Less Annoying connects your phone system to your Less Annoying account, giving you instant access to client details and streamlining your communication.

Less Annoying Integration Key Features

Incoming Calls and Call Logs

• See the caller's name as it appears in LACRM, rather than just a phone number
• Click the caller's name to open their record in LACRM
• Call logs are automatically attached to a contact's record
• Call logs show details about the call, including a call recording, if enabled
• Add your own notes or commentary to the call log
• Add an unrecognized number as a new or existing contact

Text Message Logging

• If enabled, a nightly log of text messages will be created

Calling and Messaging from the Intulse App

• Search for contacts by name to start a call
• View call history and call logs for a contact
• Access call recordings for a contact

Using the Companion App
If you have the Intulse Companion App installed, you can:

• Start calls directly from LACRM
• Send text messages by simply clicking on a phone number.

To experience the integration between Intulse and Less Annoying CRM, you will need to use the Intulse App.

CONNECTING LESS ANNOYING TO INTULSE

This guide assumes that you have already installed and logged into the Intulse App on your favorite device. If you need help installing and navigating the App, click here for a complete walkthrough.

All Users

1. Login to Less Annoying CRM.
2. Navigate to Settings » Programmer API.
3. If API Access is not enabled, you will need to enable it.
4. Click Create a new API key and give it name like "Intulse".
   • Make sure you've copied your newly created API key because you will need that in a later step.
5. Open the Intulse App.
6. Select the More menu tab..
7. Click Integrations and select Less Annoying from the list.
8. Under the User Settings section, paste the API key that you created in LACRM.
9. Select whether call logs should be created as Events or Notes.
10. Click the Save button to save your changes.

System Administrators

1. Optionally, you can enter a Friendly Name for this instance of your integration.
2. Choose whether to Enable automatic call logging. This will cause every incoming and outgoing call that can be matched against a contact to be logged right after the call ends.
3. Choose whether you want a nightly log of text message conversations.
4. You have the option to use the drop-down list to select users who should be excluded from automatic call logging.
