Intulse's Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) integration merges your phone with your agency management system. Any screen in the Intulse App that would normally display a simple phone number automatically searches the caller ID within LACRM and returns any records that match.

When you receive an incoming call, instead of displaying the caller ID, your phone system will display the name of the caller as it appears in your LACRM records. You can click on the caller’s name to launch their account within LACRM. You can quickly add call notes to a contact's call log, which will automatically contain all the basic information about the call such as start time, duration, and a link to the recording if calls are set to be recorded.
You will be able to send text messages and start calls to LACRM contacts directly from within the Intulse App by simply searching for an individual's name on the My Phone screen. Additionally, with the Intulse Companion App installed in your browser, you can start calls or send text messages simply by clicking on a phone number in LACRM.
To experience the integration between Intulse and Less Annoying CRM you will need to use the Intulse App.

Each user in the Intulse system must complete the following steps.
Only Admins in the Intulse App can update some of the settings for your LACRM integration.
If you are a System Admin in the Intulse App, then you will have additional settings available to you.
