Intulse's MedicarePRO integration merges your phone with your agency management system. Any screen in the Intulse App that would normally display a simple phone number automatically searches the caller ID within MedicarePRO and returns any records that match.

When someone calls you instead of displaying the Caller ID you'll see the name of the contact as it appears in MedicarePRO and can click on the name to launch their account within MedicarePRO. You can quickly add call notes to a contact's log and the note will automatically contain all the basic information about the call such as start time, duration, and if the if the call was recorded, a link to the recording. You will be able to start calls to MedicarePRO contacts directly from within the Intulse App by simply searching for a individual name on the My Phone screen. Additionally, any text messages sent/receive through the Intulse App can be logged to MedicarePRO.

To experience the integration between Intulse and MedicarePRO you will need to use the Intulse App.

This guide assumes that you already have the Intulse App on your favorite device and that you are already logged in. If you need help getting into the App click here to learn more.

Each user in the Intulse system must complete the following steps

MedicarePRO has provided the this guide to assist our mutual clients with setting up this integration.

  1. Login to MedicarePRO
  2. Navigate to Settings » VoIP Phone
  3. Click Connect your account
  4. Copy your newly created access token
  5. Open the Intulse App
  6. Click the More icon on the menu
  7. Click MedicarePRO in the More menu
  8. Under the User Settings section, paste your MedicarePRO access token in to the appropriate field
  9. Click the Save button to save your changes

Only Admins in the Intulse app can update some of the settings for your MedicarePRO integration

If you are admin user in the Intulse App then you will have additional settings available to you.

  • You can choose if you wish to enable automatic call logging
  • You can choose if you wish to enable nightly logging of text messages
    • If you do enable text messaging logging you will need to enter an access token to be used for this. See above for instructions on how to generate your access token.
