MEDICAREPRO INTEGRATION


The Intulse integration with MedicarePRO connects your phone system with your MedicarePRO account, giving you faster access to client details and easier communication tools.

MedicarePRO Integration Key Features

Caller Identification:
Anywhere the Intulse App normally displays a phone number, the system will automatically search MedicarePRO for a matching record. When you receive a call, the caller’s name (as listed in MedicarePRO) will appear instead of just the number. You can click the name to open their record directly in MedicarePRO.

Call Logging:
Each call log automatically includes key details such as:

  • User and extension handling the call
  • Date, start time, and duration
  • Inbound or outbound status
  • External phone number
  • If the call was recorded, the recording is also attached. You can add your own notes to the call log at any time.

Text Messaging:
Texts to and from MedicarePRO contacts can also be logged. If enabled, a text message log is created nightly.

Intulse Companion App:
With the Intulse Companion App installed in your browser, you can click on any phone number inside MedicarePRO to start a call or text conversation instantly.

To experience the integration between Intulse and MedicarePRO, you will need to use the Intulse App.

CONNECTING MEDICARE PRO TO INTULSE

This guide assumes that you have already installed and logged into the Intulse App on your favorite device. If you need help installing and navigating the App, click here for a complete walkthrough.

All Users

Each user in the Intulse system must complete the following steps.

MedicarePRO has provided this guide to assist our mutual clients with setting up this integration.

  1. Login to MedicarePRO.
  2. Navigate to Settings » VoIP Phone.
  3. Click Connect your account.
  4. Copy your newly created access token.
  5. Open the Intulse App.
  6. Select the More tab in the menu.
  7. Click Integrations, then select MedicarePRO from the list.
  8. Under the User Settings section, paste your MedicarePRO access token into the appropriate field.
  9. Click the Save button to save your changes.

System Administrators

Only system administrators in the Intulse app can update the following settings for your MedicarePRO integration.

  1. Optionally, you can enable automatic call logging. When this setting is turned on, every incoming and outgoing call that matches a contact will be automatically logged as soon as the call ends.
  2. You also have the option to enable nightly logging of text messages.
    • If you choose to enable this feature, you’ll need to provide an access token. Refer to the instructions above for details on generating your access token.
  3. If automatic call logging is enabled, you can use the drop-down to select users who should be excluded from logging.

In order to fully benefit from this integration, both MedicarePRO and the Intulse App should be open and running in the background of your device.
