SLANT INTEGRATION

The Intulse and Slant integration connects your phone system directly to your Slant account, making it easier to manage and track communication.

Slant Integration Key Features

With the integration enabled:

Anywhere in the Intulse App that normally shows a plain phone number will instead automatically look up that number in Slant and display any matching records.
Incoming calls will show the caller’s name as it appears in your Slant records. Click the name to open their record in Slant.

Call Logging

Calls matched to Slant contacts can be logged automatically or manually.
Logs include: user who handled the call, date/time, duration, phone number, and (if recorded) a copy of the call recording.
Users can add comments to call logs for added context.

Text Message Logging

If enabled, text messages can be logged nightly for your Slant contacts.

Intulse Companion App:

With the Intulse Companion App installed, users can initiate calls or texts directly inside Slant by clicking phone numbers.

To experience the integration between Intulse and Slant, you will need to use the Intulse App.

CONNECTING SLANT TO INTULSE

System Administrators

Only system administrators in the Intulse App can update the following required settings for your Slant integration.

Open the Intulse App and select the More menu tab.
Select Integrations from the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen, then select Slant.

All Users

Once the system administrator has completed setting up the integration for your organization, each user on the Intulse system must complete the following steps.

Open the Intulse App and select the More menu tab.
Select Integrations from the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen, then select Slant.

In order to fully benefit from this integration, both Slant and the Intulse App should be open and running in the background of your device.
