Administrators can control which users have access to an extension’s settings. For example, if an extension is monitored by multiple people, you can specify who can change its Do Not Disturb, Call Waiting, and Call Forward settings. Users will also be able to manage Follow Me and Smart Monitoring settings for any extensions they have permission to access.
By default, the settings for each extension can only be managed by that user and Admins.
Use the drop-down to select the extension to edit.
