CALL RECORDING ACCESS


If your organization records calls—either automatically or on demand—the Call Recordings Report provides access to those recordings. From this screen, you can manage which users can access calls recorded on specific extensions.

By default, call recordings are only visible to Admins.

Call recording access is managed separately for each extension. Use the drop-down to select the extension you want to manage.

Each extension has 2 permission options:

  • This extension's recordings are only visible to Admins. This is the default setting.
  • This extension's recordings are visible to Admins and the following security roles and users.

Assign specific users or security roles the same way you did when creating the security roles.

  • Add roles or users by clicking beside any security role or user on the Excluded Roles/Users list.
  • Remove roles or users by clicking beside any security role or user on the Included Roles/Users list.
  • Be sure to Save Changes before leaving this screen.
