CALL FLOW CONTROL ACCESS


Call Flow Controls are manual settings that determine how calls are routed within your organization. They allow administrators to toggle between two modes:

  • Normal - follows standard call routing based on your system configuration
  • Override - allows you to manually change the call routing, ignoring your normal system configuration

You might use Flow Controls:

  • During unexpected closures (e.g., weather, emergencies)
  • For special events or meetings
  • To temporarily reroute calls (e.g., send all calls to voicemail)

By default, Call Flow Controls can only be managed by Admins.

Use the drop-down menu to select a flow control to grant access.

Each Call Flow Control has 2 permission options:

  • This call flow control can only be monitored/managed by Admins. This is the default setting.
  • This call flow control can be monitored/managed by Admins and the following security roles and users.

Assign specific users or security roles the same way you did when creating the security roles.

  • Add roles or users by clicking beside any security role or user on the Excluded Roles/Users list.
  • Remove roles or users by clicking beside any security role or user on the Included Roles/Users list.
  • Be sure to Save Changes before leaving this screen.
