How to Prepare for your Busy Season


Whether you're a Medicare agent preparing for Open Enrollment, a sales team preparing for the holiday rush, an accountant preparing for tax season, or a church preparing for VBS, every industry has a busy season. Following the steps in this article will ensure you are prepared for your busiest time of year.

Mobile App
  1. Make sure mobile app is up to date
  2. If you haven't logged in for a while, log in and make a few calls - we change things quite frequently and some things may be different

Phone Settings
  1. Make sure all your settings are correct - call recordings, follow me, etc
  2. Review Voice Menus - make sure options, hours, vm boxes referenced are still accurate
  3. Update main greeting and department greetings if seasonal hours or messaging needs changed

Seasonal Settings
  1. If seasonal hours - log into AC and make sure they are set up
  2. If seasonal staff - make sure added in AC as extension and user
  3. Adust Q or RG settings to ensure seasonal staf are added and can handle increased call volume

Integrations
  1. If you use an integration, check settings. Some things may have changed, or new features added
  2. Support team always standing by to assist
