The My Phone screen is one of the most important screens in the app! You will probably use this screen the most because it allows you to use any device as your Intulse phone. We’re all familiar with voicemail; however, the Intulse system may function differently than other systems you have used. It has been designed to allow you to interact with your voicemail messages from your desk phone, the Intulse app, and your email.
If your administrator has granted you access to the Chat option, you will see this in the main menu. There are three different types of chat messages: Direct Messages between you and one other user within your organization, Channels are group messages between you and multiple users within your organization, and SMS Text Messages between a message enabled business phone number and another text enabled phone, such as a cell phone.
