Create events to automatically log agents in and out of a queue


Use the Automation tool in the Account Center to schedule when queue agents are live and available to receive calls.

1. Why Automate Queues?

Queue automation offers a range of benefits for an organization. Here are some of the key advantages:

  • Reduced Manual Effort: eliminate the need for agents to manually log in and out

2. Create Automation Events

Automating your queues is quick and easy. Log into the Intulse Account Center and head to the Queues screen. The Automation tab will display a calendar where you can create events to log agents in and out of the queue.
