Live Boards display a variety of information related to your organization's phone calls


Select from widgets that display data related to inbound and outbound calls by extension or call data related to queues.

1. Manage your Boards

Log into the Account Center to create and manage Live Boards for your organization. Select from a list of available widgets to populate your live board. Click here for more information related to creating Live Boards for your organization!

2. Extension Statistics

Live boards can be set up to display details related to users' extension.

  • The real-time status, number of inbound and outbound calls, and the active call time for up to 14 extensions
  • The real-time status, the total number of calls made and answered in a day, and the average number of calls per hour for an extension

3. Queue Statistics

Live boards can be configured to present a variety of data related to call queues.

  • The number of callers currently waiting in the queue, and how long the oldest caller has been waiting
  • The number of callers who entered the queue today or this week vs the average over a number of days
  • The number of calls answered and lost, the number of available agents, estimated hold time, the number of waiting callers, and the hold time of the oldest caller
  • Available agents and the duration of their current call
  • The caller's name, phone number, and the length of time they've been waiting in the queue
