NEXTAGENCY INTEGRATION


The Intulse integration with NextAgency seamlessly connects your phone with your NextAgency account. With the integration enabled, any screen in the Intulse App that would normally display a phone number will instead automatically search your NextAgency database and return any contact records that match that phone number.

Intulse + NextAgency Integration

Incoming Calls and Call Logs

  • See the caller's name as it appears in NextAgency, rather than just a phone number
  • Click the caller's name to open their record in NextAgency
  • Call logs are automatically attached to a contact's record
  • Call logs show details about the call, including a call recording, if enabled
  • Add your own notes or commentary to the call log.

Calling and Messaging from the Intulse App

  • Search for contacts by name to start a call
  • View call history and call logs for a contact
  • Access call recordings for a contact

Using the Browser Extension
If you have the Intulse Browser Extension installed, you can:

  • Start calls directly from NextAgency
  • Send text messages by simply clicking on a phone number.

To experience the integration between Intulse and NextAgency, you will need to use the Intulse App.

CONNECTING NEXTAGENCY TO THE INTULSE APP

This guide assumes that you have already installed and logged into the Intulse App on your favorite device. If you need help installing and navigating the App, click here for a complete walkthrough.

There are a few steps that need to be completed within NextAgency before you can get things set up on our end.

System Administrators

Only a system administrator of your NextAgency and Intulse accounts will be able to complete the following steps to set up your integration.

  1. Begin by locating your Master API Key in the Intulse App.
    • Go to the More tab in the menu.
    • Select Integrations, then API Access.
    • Highlight and copy your Organization API Key.

  1. Enter your API Key into your NextAgency settings.
    • Log into NextAgency.
    • Navitage to Settings > Integrations > Intulse.
    • Paste the API Key in the appropriate field.
    • Click Save.

Now that you've set up your API key with NextAgency, you're ready for the following steps to finish linking your NextAgency and Intulse accounts.

  1. Navigate back to the More tab in the Intulse App menu.
  2. Select NextAgency from the list of options.
  3. Enter your NextAgency Instance Url.
    • This step must be completed before each user can proceed.
  4. Use the drop-down list to select any users who should be excluded from automatic call logging.

All Users

Once your system administrator has completed setting up the integration for your organization, each user on the Intulse system must complete the following steps.

  1. Open the Intulse App.
  2. Navigate to More, then Integrations.
  3. Select NextAgency and click the Authorize Intulse button.
    • This will open a new window notifying you that your account has been authorized.
    • Once you've completed the authorization process, you should see a banner in the Intulse App notifying you that your connection process was successful.

In order to fully benefit from this integration, both NextAgency and the Intulse App should be open and running in the background of your device.
