JOIN MEETING

When you first join a meeting you will see a prejoin page where you can type out your name, set your microphone to muted or unmuted, turn your camera on/off, select a video background, and modify your settings. When you are ready to join the meeting, click the Join meeting button.

If you are the moderator (the one who setup the meeting), you will be let into the meeting immediately. If you are a participant, you will either see a “Asking to join meeting…” page or a prompt to enter the meeting password.

When you see the “Asking to join meeting..” page the moderator (the one who setup the meeting) will receive a prompt to Accept or Decline your request to join the meeting.

When you see the password prompt you will need to enter a password to join the meeting. The password is set by the moderator. If you do not know the password, you will need to reach out to the moderator of the meeting to get the password.
