2. LOOK AT YOUR ONBOARDING SUPPORT TICKET

Support tickets are the best way to communicate your questions or needs with the Intulse support team. We have 100% US based in-person support. Explaining your needs in a support ticket allows our team members to respond while you go about your day. There is no need for you to sit on hold or leave a voicemail outside of normal business hours. Just submit a ticket and rest assured that a member of our support team will be in touch.

  1. After logging into the Account Center, navigate to TicketsManage. On this screen you should see the ticket we have opened to communicate with you about your onboarding process.

  1. Click on the ticket ID to view the ticket.
  2. Make note of the temporary phone number we've assigned to your account. You'll need that later in this process. If at any point in the onboarding process, you get stuck or have a question please reply to this ticket or call 717-839-5000 and choose option 2.
