Fax Email Notifications can be controlled in the Account Center


System Administrators determine which users receive email notifications for inbound and outbound faxes.

Most notification settings are controlled by each individual user in the Intulse App. Email notifications for faxes, however, are controlled on the Visibility screen in the Account Center by system admins.

Set Fax Number Visibility in the Account Center

If you plan to use a phone number for digital faxing in the Intulse App, it must be marked as visible on this screen.

  • Give the number a display name. This is especially helpful if you have multiple fax numbers.
  • Make sure the box is checked for each number that should appear in the app.
  • Save your changes.
  • Click the Emails button to set up email notifications for inbound and outbound faxes.


Enter an email address for any user who should receive fax notifications via email.

If you want users to receive email notifications of inbound or outbound faxes, you will need to add their email addresses.

  • Enter the first email address for a user who should receive notifications for Inbound Fax Messages.
  • Click the to add that user.
  • Enter email addresses for any additional users, clicking the to add each of those users to the list.
  • Repeat this process for users who should receive notifications for Outbound Fax Messages.
  • When finished, click OK.
  • Save your changes.

Come back to this screen anytime you need to remove a user from the list. Simply click the next to any email address to stop notifications from being sent to that user.
