IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR iOS USERS


Our records show that you are currently using the Intulse app on an iOS device. Recently, some of our users have reported connectivity challenges while using the Intulse app on an iOS platform. You may be experiencing:

  • One way audio
  • Failed outbound calls
  • Dropped calls
  • Poor call quality

We have developed a new method of using the Intulse app that can alleviate these difficulties immediately, and improve your call experience. This method uses the Follow Me feature to forward your calls directly to your cell phone. This means all voice connections will use your cellular service, not your data connection. We are working on a rebuild of the iOS version of our app, which will provide an alternative option for iOS users. However, due to the size and complexity of this update, it may be some time until we are able to implement it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will my calls still be recorded?
Yes, calls will still be recorded based on your configured system settings. If using On Demand recording, you can still start and stop call recording in the Intulse app just as you normally would.

Will calls be logged within my integration?
Yes! All calls will be logged just as they have been based on your previously selected settings.

Will text messages be forwarded as well?
No, this will only forward your voice calls. Text messages will continue to be managed through the Chat section of the Intulse app.
