You can send Bulk SMS Messages through the Intulse App

Our new Bulk SMS Wizard walks you through 4 quick and easy steps to create and send Bulk SMS messages.

You have the ability to send four different types of messages through the Intulse App:

Direct Messages are one-on-one conversations between you and another user in your organization.
Channels are group conversations with multiple users in your organization.
SMS Messages are standard text messages exchanged between an Intulse phone number and any text-enabled phone, such as a mobile device.
Bulk SMS Messages are text messages sent from your Intulse phone number to a group of recipients at once. These will send as individual messages, not as a group text.

STEP 1

Bulk messaging allows you to send a large number of individual messages at once. It is different from group messaging in that each recipient will receive this message directly from you and will not know about the other recipients. Remember, it's your responsibility to have permission to send bulk messages to the recipients.

Use the filter feature beside the date field to select whether you want to see all SMS messages for your organization or only your claimed messages along with any that have not yet been claimed. This option will filter out any messages that have been claimed by other users. Click here for more information about claiming and filtering SMS conversations.
