Bulk Messaging lets you send the same message to many recipients at once. Unlike group messaging, each person receives the message directly from you and will not see the other recipients. Bulk messaging allows you to send a large number of individual messages at once. It is different from group messaging in that each recipient will receive this message directly from you and will not know about the other recipients. Remember, it's your responsibility to have permission to send bulk messages to the recipients.
On this screen, you will select the phone numbers for this message. First, select your Intulse phone number from which the message will be sent. Then enter the phone numbers for the recipients of this text. You have 2 options for how to enter these numbers:
Verify that all numbers are entered correctly before proceeding with your message. Any numbers that are not correctly formatted will be flagged on this screen. This step will also indicate any numbers that are connected to a contact in an integration. Once you have confirmed the accuracy of your entries, continue to the final step.
You’re ready to create your message! Start by giving it a name and drafting your content. You can attach an image, video, audio file, PDF, or GIF, select a template, and even add emojis to personalize your message.
Once your message is sent, you’ll receive status updates for each number that was texted. You will be able to see the percentage of messages that were sent, delivered, or failed as well as the delivery status for each individual phone number.
