This article provides information about the Intulse Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
For clients who are subject to HIPAA and who will use Intulse's services to create, receive, transmit, or maintain PHI, Intulse offers to sign an Intulse Business Associate Agreement (BAA). The Intulse BAA outlines the respective HIPAA obligations of both Intulse and the client.
When purchasing Intulse services, such clients need to request the Intulse BAA from their sales representative. Intulse will then send the Intulse BAA to the client for signature. Alternatively, a client can request the Intulse BAA by emailing businessoffice@intulse.com.
Please note that Intulse cannot accept a client’s own BAA.
