Intulse Messaging has some New Features!

You can now add notes to conversations and create tags that will allow you to organize and filter your SMS conversations.

The Search field at the top of every screen will allow you to search data across the entire app, with the option to filter the results. The User Menu provides quick access to multiple settings for your extension. Click here to learn more about both of these features.

Global Search can be found at the top of each screen in the Intulse App. Clicking a search result will take you directly to that record.

Filter results based on:

Users & Extensions
Contacts
Messages
Voicemails
Faxes

Search results for Messages and Voicemails will include the message text. Attach Audio must be enabled in order for Voicemail transcription to be displayed.

The User Menu can be found by clicking on your profile icon at the top right of the app. This will allow you to manage the following settings for your extension:

Create and set a Custom Status
Switch between a light or dark Theme
Manage a variety of Device Settings

The Context Menu will allow you to filter conversations based on tags, as well as manage existing tags.

If you have tags applied to any conversations, you can filter which conversations are displayed based on the selected tags.
Editing the name of a tag will update it in any conversation thread.
Tags can only be deleted by a system administrator or the person who created it. Deleting a tag will remove it from every conversation where it’s applied for all viewers.
