Intulse Messaging has some New Features!


You can now add internal notes to conversations and create tags that will allow you to organize and filter your SMS conversations.

SMS conversations move fast—and important details can easily get lost. Notes and tags let you add behind-the-scenes context to your text messages, helping your team stay organized, aligned, and informed. These tools turn text threads into clear, searchable conversations that make follow-up easier and customer interactions more meaningful.

Adding a note to a text conversation for your business serves several key purposes, including improved internal organization, stronger customer relationship management, and added support for compliance and legal protection.

  • Notes can be added to any SMS message conversation.
  • Any notes added to the conversation thread are visible to anyone with access to that conversation within the Intulse app.
  • Notes can be edited or deleted by anyone with access to the conversation.

Use message tags to organize and prioritize your conversations. Create a custom tagging system to group messages in a way that fits your organization's workflow.

  • Assign a color to each tag to quickly identify conversations at a glance
  • Filter conversations by tag to quickly locate specific messages
  • Apply to direct messages, channels, or SMS messages

The Context Menu will allow you to filter conversations based on tags, as well as manage existing tags.

  • If you have tags applied to any conversations, you can filter which conversations are displayed based on the selected tags.
  • Editing the name of a tag will update it in any conversation thread.
  • Tags can only be deleted by a system administrator or the person who created it. Deleting a tag will remove it from every conversation where it’s applied for all viewers.
