The Intulse Support Site has been updated with user guides for the most commonly used Yealink phones and supported devices.

We have updated all documentation for the Yealink phones and devices supported by the Intulse phone system. Each phone has a link to the Provisioning Guide, User Guide, and Manufacturing Information found on Yealink's website. Click here for a complete list of supported Yealink devices and find your specific phone, sidecar, or headset.

The Provisioning Guide will provide step-by-step instructions for your system administrator to get your phones connected to your Intulse phone system. If you purchased your phones directly from us, they should come already provisioned. However, if you are connecting devices you brought with you from a previous provider, this is a necessary part of the process.
The User Guide will tell you everything you need to know about using your phone, from how to make or receive calls to transferring calls, placing conference calls, or accessing your voicemail on your physical device.
