SETTINGS


Accessing the settings (either from the more actions or the prejoin page) will open a menu with up to 5 different tabs (participants cannot see the Moderator tab):

This tab lets you set which devices you want to use for your microphone, camera, and audio output (speakers to hear other users) during this meeting. You can also play a test sound to confirm that the audio output is correctly selected (the test sound will sound like a phone ringing). This tab also shows you a preview of your video (based on the camera selected in the Camera dropdown).

This tab lets you set your display name and email.

  • This allows you to control settings for the meeting. Changing these settings will affect all participants:
  • If everyone starts muted is enabled, everyone who joins the meeting will start muted.
  • If everyone starts hidden is enabled, everyone who joins the meeting will start with their video off.
  • If everyone follows me is enabled, participants’ views will follow the view of the moderator
    (so if the moderator clicks on a particular thumbnail, all users will zoom in on that user’s video/screen share).
  • Mute reaction sounds for everyone will mute the sounds that the meeting normally makes when reactions are sent by participants.

This lets you control when particular sounds play for your meeting instance. Changing these settings will not impact other participants.

This lets you control miscellaneous settings. You can disable keyboard shortcuts for yourself, change the language you see while navigating a meeting, and/or change the frame rate sent while sharing your desktop.
