This section displays all open tickets with Intulse that were opened on behalf of your organization. It shows both currently open tickets and tickets that have been closed. The current contact, and status of each ticket is also displayed.
Each ticket can be opened by clicking on the ticket ID. When you click a ticket to open it, you can also respond to the ticket as well, which will then update our support team to your response. The ticket responses are color coded for clarity. Responses in blue are from the Intulse support team. Responses in gray are from a member of your organization.
This section allows you to create a new ticket with Intulse support. Creating a ticket here alerts the support team to your new ticket.
